Education Qualification

Pass out from a government recognized institution for the powers of the applicant
Must have basic computer knowledge of Gujarati service rules
Must have IT certificate in wireman or Electrician trade
Must have reading, writing and speaking skills in both Gujarati or Hindi
Must be registered with the Secretary Licensing Board, Energy and Petrochemicals Department
Selection is made on time and registration is done on time

Age Limit

The candidate’s age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 35 years as on the last date of application.

Selection Process

The selection process in recruitment is divided into two parts in OMR based MCQ format. A single competitive examination is included.
In the written examination pattern, Part A Logical and Data Interpretation 30 Quantitative Aptitude Marks 30
Part B Constitution of India Current Affairs Gujarati and English Comprehension 30 Subject related questions 120 Marks
Total Marks 150
The duration of the examination is three hours i.e. 180 minutes
Negative wrong answer date 0.25
The course level will be based on the prescribed qualification level.

Application Fee

Rs. 500 for General and Unreserved
Rs. 400 for Reserved and Women Candidates
Refund is eligible for candidates who have appeared in the written examination
Only online payment will be made using UPI Netbanking Credit Card and Debit Card

Salary Scale

Initial fixed salary will be Rs. 26000 per month for the first five years
Thereafter regular pay scale will be from Rs. 19900 to Rs. 63200 which will be decided from pay scale two as per the 7th Pay Commission.

Only 66 posts will be filled for Wireman Work Three
Certificate in ITI is mandatory for Wireman Electrician.
General knowledge of computer is required

How to apply?

First go to the official website of Gujarat Subordinate Services Selection Board.
Then click on the Apply button in the online application here.
From here select the GSSSB section.
Click on Advertisement No. 311/ 2025 26 Wireman Class 3 Advertisement Application.
Click on the Apply Now link and a new window will open.
Click on the Keep button here and the application format will open in which you will have to fill in the personal details first
After filling in the personal details, you will have to fill in the details of the educational qualification
Here the information of the mark sheet etc. will have to be filled correctly.
Then you will have to click on the Yes button to accept the rules and regulations mentioned in the insurance and save the application form.
After clicking the Save button, the application number will be generated which you will have to save.
Now click on upload photograph and enter the application number and date of birth.
Then the photograph (5 cm height × 3.6 cm width) and signature (2.5 cm height × 7.5 cm width) format will have to be uploaded.
The photograph should have a white background and the date of taking the photograph and the last date of which should not be more than one year.
Click on confirm application in the online application tab.
Then enter the application number and date of birth here and click on the OK button.
After checking the application completely, the final submission will have to be done, after which a confirmation number will be generated which you will have to keep in mind.
Click on print application here and take a print out of your application and save it.
To pay the application fee, click on print application form in the online application tab on the Ojas website and pay the fee online.
