Eligibility Criteria – Power Grid Recruitment 2025
Field Engineer (Electrical)
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical discipline with 55% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 1-year post-qualification experience in Design/Construction/Testing/Commissioning in Transmission Lines/Substations/RE projects.
Field Engineer (Civil)
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Civil discipline with 55% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 1-year relevant work experience in Civil works of Power Sector projects.
Field Supervisor (Electrical)
- Qualification: Diploma in Electrical (55% marks). Higher qualifications like B.Tech/BE/M.Tech not allowed.
- Experience: At least 1-year post-qualification experience in Construction/Testing/Commissioning in RE/DMS/ST/TL/Substations.
Field Supervisor (Civil)
- Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering (55% marks). Higher qualifications not allowed.
- Experience: At least 1-year relevant experience in Civil construction works.
Field Supervisor (Electronics & Communication)
- Qualification: Diploma in Electronics & Communication/IT or equivalent (55% marks). Higher qualifications not allowed.
- Experience: 1-year post-qualification experience in Design/Testing/Operation/Maintenance of Telecom Systems.
Age Limit

Salary
- Field Engineer: ₹30,000 – 3% – 1,20,000/- (Approx. CTC ₹8.9 LPA).
- Field Supervisor: ₹23,000 – 3% – 1,05,000/- (Approx. CTC ₹6.8 LPA).
Includes DA + HRA + 35% perks as per norms.
