Educational Qualification
Applicants must hold a Diploma in Engineering or a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields from a recognized institute.
Diploma in Engineering:
- Electronics
- Electronics & Telecommunication
- Electronics & Communication
- Electrical & Electronics
- Computer Science / IT / Computer Applications
Bachelor’s Degree:
- B.Sc. (Electronics / Computer Science / Physics / Mathematics)
- BCA (Computer Applications)
Note: The qualification result must be declared before 14 September 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Must be an Indian Citizen
- Age Limit: 18 – 27 years (as on 14 Sept 2025)
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: +5 years
- OBC: +3 years
- Govt. employees with 3+ years’ service: up to 40 years
- Widows/Divorced Women: UR – 35 yrs | OBC – 38 yrs | SC/ST – 40 yrs
- Ex-Servicemen: As per govt. rules
- PwBD: Not Eligible
Application Fees
- UR/EWS/OBC (Male): ₹650 (₹550 processing + ₹100 exam fee)
- SC/ST/Females/Ex-servicemen: ₹550 (exam fee exempted)
Payment Modes: SBI EPAY LITE (Debit/Credit/Net Banking/UPI) or SBI Challan.
Salary & Perks
- Basic Pay: ₹25,500 – ₹81,100 (Level-4)
- Special Security Allowance: 20% of Basic Pay
- Other Benefits:
- Holiday duty compensation (up to 30 days)
- Central Government allowances (DA, HRA, Medical, etc.)
Selection Process
The IB JIO-II/Tech selection will be conducted in three stages:
- Tier-I: Online Exam (100 Marks)
- 25% General Mental Ability
- 75% Technical/Subject Knowledge
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer
- Tier-II: Skill/Practical Test (30 Marks)
- Tier-III: Interview/Personality Test (20 Marks)
Final selection will be based on combined merit from all three stages.

- Fill in personal, educational, and professional details.
- Upload scanned documents (Photo, Signature, Certificates).
- Select 5 exam centres (cannot be changed later).

- Submit the application and download confirmation slip.
