LIC Bima Sakhi Yojana has been announced for women in which women with a driving limit of 18 to 70 years will get the benefit of this scheme. In which women will be trained in the first three years and then they will be told how to understand the importance of aviation. During this training period, women will also get some money. After training, women will have to work as LIC’s insurance scheme. LIC’s aim is to make women self-reliant. Prime Minister Narendra Modi started this scheme. Women who become part of this scheme will be known as Bima Sakhi. Their job is to encourage women in their area to get insurance and make them self-reliant by giving them work. Under the scheme of Life Insurance Corporation, women must have passed standard 10. In this scheme, women will be trained for the first three years, financial understanding will be increased and the importance of aviation will be explained. Eligibility to become an Insurance Sakhi: Only women can apply for the Insurance Sakhi scheme. They must have a matriculation or high school or standard 10 certificate. Along with this, the age limit for the scheme has been fixed from 18 years to 70 years for women, after which women can work as insurance agents after three years of training. Under this scheme, women can be appointed as LIC agents after three years of training to become insurance secretaries and they will not be regular employees of LIC nor will they get the benefits of regular employees. Women selected under LIC insurance will have to fulfill certain performance standards every year and this scheme will be fixed to ensure the success and progress of the scheme.
