Eligibility Criteria – PGVCL Company Secretary Bharti 2025
Educational Qualification
- Candidate must be a Graduate and a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- An LL.B. degree will be considered an added advantage.
Experience (as on date of advertisement)
- Minimum 3 years post-ACS experience as Company Secretary in:
- A Public Limited Company with turnover of ₹100 Crore or more, OR
- A State/Central PSU.
- Candidate must have expertise in:
- Companies Act, 1956 & 2013
- Conduct of Board Meetings, AGM/EGM, drafting Minutes
- ROC, SEBI compliance and corporate governance
- Drafting and vetting of legal and commercial documents
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 40 years (as on 20 August 2025).
- Age relaxation applicable as per Government of Gujarat rules.
Salary / Pay Scale
- Basic Pay: ₹55,600 – ₹1,10,100 (Level 9)
