PM Yashasvi Scholarship Scheme 2025: is launched by the Government of India. This scheme provides financial assistance to the students of backward classes like OC SC ST. This is good news for the students who are studying. Now all the members of the scheme are eligible for this scholarship. If the students want to take this scholarship, then read the information in full detail and what documents will be required or how to apply. The students of class 10 and 12 can self-check and study for other questions. Under the PM Yasvi Scholarship Scheme, students in class 9 and 10 will be given 75% assistance every year and students in class 11 and 12 will be given ₹1,25,000 assistance.
The Central Government has launched this scheme under the Yash Merit Scholarship Scheme to provide financial assistance to the fathers and women of backward class families. The Government of India is also running a unique campaign to bring forward the students whose financial condition is not good and who leave the policy halfway. Here, the government provides assistance of ₹75,000 and ₹1, 25,000 in the scheme. The National Testing Agency will invite requests from school students through such an organization for scholarship screening for school students, including the economically backward class SC ST category, the social justice and authority protection scheme for the backward class, in which students studying in class IX and 11 will benefit from this scheme.
Educational Qualification:
- For a student of class IX, he/she should have passed class VIII and taken admission in class IX in 2024 25.
- For a student of class 11, he/she should have passed class 10 and taken admission in class 11 in 2024 25.
Age Limit
- For class IX, the date of birth should be between 1-4-2008 and 31- 3- 2012.
- For a student of class 11, the date of birth should be between 1- 4- 2006 and 31- 3- 2010.
Income Limit
- The annual income of the student’s parent should be less than 2.5 lakhs.
The student should belong to any one of the three categories.
- Other Backward Classes (OBC)
- Economically Backward Classes (EBC)
- Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (SC/ST/DNT/)
Documents required for the scheme
- Student’s Aadhar card
- Birth certificate
- Caste certificate
- Income certificate of the guardian
- School certificate
- Applicable mark sheet of the last standard
- Xerox of the bank passbook of the student and if not, then the guardian’s account bank passbook
- Passport size photo
- Mobile number and email address
- Proof of residence
Scheme eligibility for students
- The applicant must be a citizen of India.
- The previous standard should have been studied in an Indian school.
- The student should fall under a category such as OBC.
- The student should be currently studying in 9th or 11th standard.
- The annual income of the family should be less than 2.5 lakhs.
- At least 60 marks should have been scored in the last examination.
- The candidate’s age should be between 15 years and 17 years.
How to apply for PM Yashasvi Scholarship Scheme 2025
- Students will have to go to the official website and read the application information.
- Then click on the register link given on this website.
- Here they will have to register their account by submitting their name, email ID, date of birth and password.
- After registration, the student will have to click on login again.
- Enter the application number and password given at the time of registration and click on login.
- Then submit their application form.
- To upload the necessary documents, the student’s and, if necessary, the guardian’s documents will have to be uploaded here.
- While uploading the document, the scanned document will have to be uploaded in the prescribed format.
- If you upload a scanned image of more than the given size MB, it will not be uploaded.
- 10. Then the form will have to be verified and all the information will have to be read in full detail.
- 1After that, the final submission will have to be done and a print out of the application should be taken for future reference.
